I have a very Bond-ish type job. Bond has always been an idol of mine, and I guess in that way you could say I'm 'living the dream'. This book is a solid buy. I knew most of it already, but it is good to brush up on the basics. Definitely worth a buy if you're doubting it at all!

So I bought this after reading the free part he gives away for signing up.
He talks about a lot of good things.
This is worth the 30 bucks.
The work out plan is ok - havent tried it yet but with any work out plan if you stick to it - YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. He gives you a good idea of a diet and things to do to get yourself going.
His bit on the way to approach women and getting rid of the whole what-if thing is bloody genius.
I can see this guy, a 20 something who wasn't happy with himself (like a lot of us) and wanted to do more with himself - but do it the Bond way.
He clearly grew a pair and did it and has published it to something you can read as you take an extra long crap at work.
Just do it - buy the damn thing and use it as a base to better yourself.
It's an easy read and the presentation is brilliant. It's so simple to understand and just makes sense.

I am currently reading Signature Drinks & Restaurant Ordering. Its genius, something as simple as what you drink and even how you order it will portray an image that is easily picked up on by others.

James Bond is hands down, the most debonair badass to ever wear a tux. He has that playful swagger that makes every woman want him, and every man want to be him. But what makes the man, the myth, the legend that is James Bond? The author of these books has fully deconstructed what makes Bond "cool" and provided incredibly useful tools to imitate him. It includes the obvious; clothing, cars and gadgets, however I found the social skills training to be of the most use. Neil Strauss' only wishes he came up with this amazing application of social techniques. Derek will have you at the center of attention at any party or bar (for the right reasons).
Bottom line: This book does exactly what it says (how to live like James Bond) and does so in a way that is entertaining and can be easily incorporated into your everyday life. A great buy for any true Bond fan.
