Recently (finally) got one of these for my own PPK. It is a standard inside-the-waistband (IWB) holster, which, as the term implies, slides inside the waistband of your trousers, with only the clip on the outside, over the belt. Contrary to the belief of some, this is an extremely effective way to carry your pistol- there is no strap or snap which must be released prior to drawing, which drastically improves draw speed. The holster stays in place and the pistol stays in the holster under practically all levels of physical activity through a snug belt and simple friction. A very nice feature of the Vega (compared to a more expensive suede IWB holster from a different manufacturer) is that the clip is relatively high up on the holster, which allows the pistol to be tucked in very low, helping with overall concealment. My only complaint is that the holster is so soft and lightweight that once the pistol is drawn, the opening collapses and the only way to safely and effectively re-holster it is to completely remove the holster, place the pistol in it, and then return the entire setup to the inside of the waistband- which will likely require losening of the belt.
