Judi Dench is 5'1" so to suite her body size the chair has to be size A the smallest because it is for people below the height of 5'2". The medium size B for height 5'2"-6'0" and the largest size C is for over 6'. If it is a size A it would be really small for Daniel Craig to sit in who is 5'10". Since it is a film they would use a size B even though it is actually too big for M herself.
