Limited Edition James Bond 007 Guitar by Duesenberg now available to order

The James Bond 007 Guitar by Duesenberg, based on the guitar played by David Arnold and Hans Zimmer at the Sound of 007 in Concert, is now available to order on the 007Store. Also the goodies that come with the guitar have been revealed.

The James Bond 007 Guitar by Duesenberg is a special collector's edition guitar, strictly limited to 75 numbered pieces.

The guitar comes in a 007 Duesenberg deluxe black hardcase with a secret pull-out leather drawer (under the 007 lid in the case) a hommage to the gold coins hidden in the James Bond's Attaché case in From Russia With Love.

The Limited Edition set includes:

• Four limited edition 007 Duesenberg guitar picks
• A limited edition fine art print signed by David Arnold and Duesenberg's CEO Ingo Renner
• A numbered gold embossed certificate on card in black envelope
• A welcome letter on linen paper

The limited edition series is inspired by a custom Duesenberg guitar co-created with David Arnold for the Sound of 007 in Concert on 4 October 2022.

That guitar was played by David Arnold and Hans Zimmer at the Sound of James Bond 60th anniversary event.

The guitar was signed by all the artists that performed that night, and auctioned at the Christies 60 Years of Bond auction in October 2022 where it fetched £32,760 (almost $40,000).

The David Arnold Edition is based on Duesenberg’s Paloma guitar. Its body is embellished with the 007 gun barrel design seen in the films' opening title sequences since 1962.

The back is complemented by a graphic layout of the 25 James Bond film title treatments.

David Arnold's signature can be found on the front next to the tone and volume knobs which are engraved with 007.

The headstock has a vintage 007 gun logo.

Handmade in Germany with a solid alder body and maple neck, the 007 guitar has nickel-plated hardware, a Diamond Deluxe Tremola, Pearloid Diamond fretboard inlays and a fluid body contour. Its three pickup layout features Duesenberg‘s GrandVintage Humbucker at the bridge and two matched Duesenberg Singlecoils - Pearlito and AlnicoBlade - offering a wide variety of sounds for any situation. The four pickup combinations are accessible through a new 4-way rotary switch.
