Bond 24 looking for 'iconic' henchman
The first details have surfaced about the henchman in the upcoming movie Bond 24.
The ultimate henchman: Jaws (Richard Kiel)
James Bond Radio received information directly from the casting agency working on Bond 24 that there will be a classic villainous henchman.
”We are looking to follow in the tradition of Jaws and Oddjob in finding an iconic baddy."
The description mentions 'Hinx' as a (probably temporary) working name for the villain and describes the character as follows:
"Hinx (Male, 30 – 45)
Ideally over 6′ 2″. Hinx is the main henchman/assassin. We are looking for an imposing extremely physically fit actor. He has several fights with Bond and will have to have stunt training. He has to drive. We are looking for someone very unusual, possibly from a sports background.
Height: 180cm - 195cm"
The new villain will have to follow in the steps of other impressive henchmen like Donald "Red" Grant (Robert Shaw) in From Russia With Love, Tee Hee (Julius W. Harris) in Live And Let Die, Jaws (Richard Kiel) in The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker or Zao (Rick Yune) in Die Another Day.
Tee Hee in Live and Let Die
Zao (Rick Yune) in Die Another Day
