Barton Perreira x 007 sunglasses available for pre-order

The Barton Perreira x 007 inspired collection is now available for pre-order on the Barton Perreira website.

Visit the official Barton Perreira website or the men's lifestyle store Uncrate to order these 007 branded sunglasses seen in No Time To Die (prices range from $440 - $625) for shipping at the end of January 2020 (UPDATE: April 2020).

Earlier this month, Barton Perreira announced the global licensing agreement with EON Productions for No Time To Die, as the eyewear partner featured in the film.

Barton Perreira will use the 007 logo on three sunglass styles, the exact frames worn by the principal characters in the film:

The Joe: a polished black classic rectangular style frame with mineral glass lenses, worn by James Bond.

Costume designer of No Time To Die, Suttirat Anne Larlarb, says about the sunglasses: “When thinking about how to dress James Bond in this latest film, I knew that everything about his look had to be instantly iconic and definitive. We chose pieces that are going to withstand the test of time as a classic, while also very much being steps ahead of the current moment. Each piece needed to be what I like to call the ‘answer. When Barton Perreira sunglasses were suggested, they immediately ticked all the boxes of what a number of our Bond looks required – and across a variety of settings and circumstances in the story, they were indeed the answer.”

The Joe, Norton and Courtier sunglasses are finished with 007 inscribed temples. The Joe, Norton and Courtier frames come with a custom branded 007 sunglass case, cleaning cloth and sleek, black carrying case.

But only the Joe and Norton sunglasses will come with a certificate of authenticity card.

This is the first time we see 007 branded sunglasses since the Tom Ford 108 sunglasses in Quantum of Solace in 2008 (currently only available on eBay for thousands of dollars) and Persol 2720 sunglasses from Casino Royale in 2006 (also available on eBay).

The black Barton Perreira Joe, now available at Uncrate, 007 Store and BartonPerreira.com for $440, can be seen on Daniel Craig in one of the first official photos for the film, of Bond walking next to his Aston Martin V8 Vantage in the heart of London, wearing a Prince of Wales Tom Ford suit.

The second pair for Bond is the Barton Perreira Norton 007 Edition, now available for pre-order at Uncrate, 007 Store and BartonPerreira.com, in the color Chestnut with Bottle Green lenses.

It's not yet 100% confirmed when the Norton sunglasses will be worn. Daniel Craig was spotted with the pair in Matera between takes, so he could wear them during scenes filmed at that location at some point in the film.

At the Bond in Motion exhibition in London, where recently No Time To Die vehicles and costumes were added, a pair of Chestnut Barton Perreira Norton sunglasses is on display next to an Aston Martin keychain.

The third and most expensive pair, the Courtier 007 Edition (£450 / $625 / €535) in the color Matte Dusk / Pewter Smolder is now available on Uncrate, the 007 Store and on BartonPerreira.com.

The Barton Perreira Courtier sunglasses were spotted on Billy Magnussen during the first days of shooting in Jamaica. A pair can also be seen at the Bond In Motion No Time To Die exhibition.
