New Barton Perreira James Bond 007 Joe sunglasses released
Barton Perreira have released new color variations of the Joe James Bond 007 sunglasses. The new colors are inspired by Bond locations in the film but the glasses itself won't be worn in the film.
Last year the three models Joe, Norton and Courtier were released as part of the Barton Perreira x 007 Collection. These sunglasses are the same models worn in the film No Time To Die, although they have a 007 logo on the arm (which the actual movie sunglasses don't have).
Series 2 of the Barton Perreira x 007 Collection features four new color variations of the Joe model, inspired by four locations in the new film: Matera, Italy; Port Antonio, Jamaica; Hakadal, Norway; and the El Nido bar scene based on Havana, Cuba.
Note that none of these colors will be worn in the film itself and are mostly a way to keep interest in the 007 sunglasses collection until the final film arrives later this year.
El Nido / Old English Polarized
A deep ombre brown hue with dark brown polarized lenses similar to the misty night scene set at Havana’s El Nido Bar.
Port Antonio / Safari Polarized
A champagne sand colored frame with dark green polarized lenses mimicking the white sandy beaches surrounded by the plush green jungle of Port Antonio, Jamaica.
Hakadal / Noir
A translucent blue frame with dark lenses reminiscent of the cold icy landscape in Hakadal, Norway.
Matera / Green Smoke
A greyish stone tortoise frame with green lenses that mirror the colors of the hillside village of Matera, Italy.
All glasses in the 007 series will come with a custom branded James Bond 007 sunglass case and cleaning cloth, just like the first series. The El Nido and Port Antonio polarized frames are priced at £425 / $500 and the Hakadal and Matera sunglasses are £340 / $425.
Order the new sunglasses on Uncrate, or at the 007 Store or read more about the original Bond glasses.
