Sunseeker Sovereign 17
In one of the later scenes in the movie Quantum of Solace, Bond himself rides in a vintage Sunseeker Sovereign 17 motorboat. Originally built in 1970, the Sunseeker Sovereign 17 was fully restored in 2005 to celebrate the company's early years and long history designing and building luxury motoryachts. The Sovereign 17 is used in one scene to take James Bond to Mathis' villa in Italy.
Trivia: Sunseeker International's managing director Robert Braithwaite CBE has a cameo appearance as the speed boat Captain onboard the classic Sunseeker Sovereign 17. Commenting on his cameo role in Quantum of Solace, Robert Braithwaite said: "You can't get any higher profile than a James Bond movie. It's therefore very exciting to be personally involved in the latest 007 release and actually appear alongside Britain's most famous secret agent."
In Quantum of Solace, the villains in Haiti use a Sunseeker Superhawk 43.
