The Tonic Blue colour had been a staple Ford colour for some time and discontiued apx 2010. Ford never did an ST variant of the MK4 (sadly) so the closest you'd get to top of the range would be a Titanium variant, note the silver design line in the door handles which are different to what was commercially released. However, inside the car, the radio was the most basic silver plastic variety and the car had a sunroof too, but after all, it was just a rental vehicle and a marketing opportunity to show off their new model at the time.
