JBM is generally considered middle of the road by most coffee aficionados nowadays, with not a particularly complex flavor profile. It's also considered pretty overpriced, owing in part to the limited production and the bulk of it being exported to Japan (where it's quite popular). Having gone through several bags of JBM in my lifetime, I'd say both of those things are true, but it's still a pretty good cup of coffee, especially if you brew it well.
