New Underwear for James Bond
The new James Bond is changing his pants. Actor Daniel Craig will be wearing Sunspel boxer shorts, after the cult British underwear maker won the contract to outfit the 007 star in new movie Casino Royale.
A Sunspel spokeswoman said: "This is a major deal for us so everyone is really excited. There's a lot of interest in the film so we know there's going to be a lot of interest in Sunspel."
Sunspel, who count Johnny Depp among their fans, introduced the sexy boxers to Britain in 1947.
They were made famous after model Nick Kamen stripped off in the 1985 Levi's ad and have been a style must-have for men ever since.
Simple, comfortable and stylish, orders of the white cotton two-ply Sunspel boxers went through the roof after the hunky model's launderette appearance.
Sunspel co-owner Dominic Hazlehurst said: "We develop our fabrics in-house from Egyptian cotton, which we treat to make it softer and finer than any other cotton.
"And the range, which also includes T-shirts, vests and shorts, is built to last."
