BOGNER releases first official pieces from 007 Collection

BOGNER has revealed the first pieces from their new 007 Collection, including a ski set and clothing items on the Bogner UK and Bogner USA websites.

In January 2022, BOGNER announced that a 007 capsule collection would be launched in the Fall of 2022. BOGNER and James Bond celebrate two anniversaries in 2022: BOGNER is turning 90 years old and the James Bond franchise will celebrate 60 years since the first 007 film, Dr. No (1962), was released.

The foundation stone for the partnership between BOGNER and 007 was laid over 50 years ago by Willy Bogner junior, son of the BOGNER founding couple. As early as 1969, he had the honor of producing the world's first action ski scenes for the James Bond movie On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969). It was not only Willy Bogner's own Olympic experience in alpine skiing, but also his outstanding camera skills that ensured the secret agent's spectacular ski descents through bobsled runs and crevasses were captured for the cinema audience. Building on the success of the first collaboration, Willy Bogner would work on three more James Bond productions: The Spy Who Loved Me (1977), For Your Eyes Only (1981) and A View To Kill (1985).

BOGNER 007 Ski Set

On their Instagram page, BOGNER has teased a BOGNER 007 Ski Set, with some images only showing some details.

According to the post, the BOGNER 007 ski allows you to track and record your ski day with chip technology. Analyze ski data, compare with friends and see your ranking via the iSKI Tracker app for extreme sports.

The BOGNER 007 ski set is a limited edition of 60 and includes ski, adjustable carbon fiber poles and ski bag. A release date and price have not yet been given.

Clothing

Some of the items of the collection are currently available via Mr.Porter: hats and sweaters with a Bogner 007 logo.
