Goldfinger 60th Anniversary 007 bar and store at Burlington Arcade
The Burlington Arcade will be transformed into a 007 heaven with 007 decorations and a 007 popup bar, this time celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Goldfinger movie.
A 007 popup bar was also active in Burlington Arcade when No Time To Die hit the cinemas in 2021.
The Burlington Arcade is decorated in 007 style with three handcrafted golden hanging sculptures, inspired by the iconic Aston Martin DB5 at the centre of the Arcade and a bespoke carpet featuring famous lines from the Goldfinger movie.
The 007 features two exclusively designed bars, open from 18 September until 31 December 2024, where fans can enjoy signature cocktails created in partnership with Belvedere, Blackwell Rum, Champagne Bollinger and The Macallan.
There are several movie props on display including Oddjob’s hat, a Fort Knox gold bar, Goldfinger’s golf shoes and the spyhole clock from his private plane, never before exhibited.
The first floor features a special chance to bid on a limited number of The Macallan’s highly collectable 60th Anniversary Decades whisky sets, with all proceeds being donated to charity.
There is the opportunity to view and perhaps purchase Fabergé’s Octopussy capsule collection including the handcrafted limited edition Egg Objet.
From OMEGA, the only two James Bond timepieces ever to be made in yellow gold will be on display – the Seamaster Diver 300M Commander’s Watch (2017) and the Seamaster Diver 300M James Bond Limited Edition (2019), designed to celebrate the 50th anniversary of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.
The sound throughout The 007 bar is provided by Bowers & Wilkins, the company that created the 007 Headphones.
Discover exclusive anniversary collectibles including the gold-plated Aston Martin DB5 by Agora Models, limited edition framed prints, a James Bond advent calendar and more releases yet to be unveiled. There will be daily giveaways to the first 25 customers of a collector’s edition Goldfinger Sixty Years poster who purchase in store.
Burlington Arcade is worth a visit even without the 007 bar because it houses many 007 brands including N.Peal, Crockett and Jones, Globe-Trotter, and The Royal Mint.
The 007 bar and store runs until 31 December 2024, opening hours are 10am-7pm Monday-Saturday, 11am-6pm Sunday.
