The shoes that Bond wears during the Madagascar chase scene in Casino Royale (2006), are Converse Jack Purcell OTR (On The Road).
Color: Chocolate and Paprika.
For the film, it seems like the costume designer has removed or covered the orange marks on the front and back of the shoe.
