The speakers can just be spotted in the film but better on the set photo of Nicola Dove which is also featured in No Time To Die: The Making Of The Film book, on page 136/137.
On M's desk in SkyFall, a JBL On Tour XTB speaker can be spotted. The device seems to be placed there as a speaker together with a Sony ECM-Z60 microphone as a conference speakerphone setup.
