Roger Moore

Sir Roger Moore played James Bond in seven Bond films: Live and Let Die (1973), The Man with the Golden Gun (1974), The Spy Who Loved Me (1977), Moonraker (1979), For Your Eyes Only (1981), Octopussy (1983) and A View to a Kill (1985). After recovering a microchip from 003's body in the pre-title sequence of A View To A Kill, James Bond can relax in the iceberg submarine, enjoying the best Beluga caviar, Stolichnaya Vodka and Kimberly Jones.

Both the Château de Chantilly and the Great Stables were featured prominently in the Bond movie A View to a Kill (1985), as the estate of evil Max Zorin (played by Christopher Walken). Max Zorin organises his annual horse sale here and Bond (Roger Moore), together with Sir Godfrey Tibbett (Patrick Macnee), a horse trainer, infiltrate the event.

In the 1973 movie Live and Let Die (starring Roger Moore), a deck of tarot cards designed by Fergus Hall is used by Bond to seduce the beautiful virgin Solitaire (played by Jane Seymour). After Solitaire predicts 'Death', Bond makes sure that he predicts 'Lovers' by having Solitaire choose a card from a stacked deck of only 'Lovers' cards.

One of the few prominent product placements in the 1981 movie For Your Eyes Only are the Olin Mark VI skis, that Bond uses in a thrilling downhill winter chase in Cortina, Italy. The skis are first seen mounted on the back of the copper metallic Lotus Esprit.

The Seiko H357 5040 Duo Display digital wristwatch was worn by James Bond (Roger Moore) in the 1981 movie For Your Eyes Only. This is the third movie in a row in which James Bond wears a Seiko digital watch.

The Seiko G757 Sports 100 watch is used by Bond (Roger Moore) in Octopussy. The Seiko is equipped with a tracking device to locate the Fabergé egg, and is clearly visible several times in the movie.

Rolex and James Bond have a strong connection. James Bond wears a Rolex watch in the original Ian Fleming books (read more) and before Omega started supplying the watches for 007, Bond wore a Rolex in several movies.

The Seiko 0674 5009 Quartz LC model number DK001 was used by Bond in the 1977 movie The Spy Who Loved Me. On the watch 007 receives a ticker-tape message, rolling out as embossing tape, telling him to report to MI6 Headquarters:

James Bond wears the same watch throughout the movie, from the first to the last scene.

The Seiko M354 5019 model SFX003 Memory-Bank Calendar was used by James Bond (Roger Moore) in the 1979 movie Moonraker.

The Seiko watch is a gadget watch: it is equipped with explosives and a remote detonator, which Bond uses to escape from the Moonraker launch platform.

Dom Pérignon Champagne has appeared in several James Bond movies and one Ian Fleming novel.

The literary James Bond drinks Dom Pérignon in the novel Moonraker, when he has two bottles of the Dom Pérignon '46, suggested to Bond by the wine-waiter at Blades during the dinner with M.

In the 1973 movie Live and Let Die, we get a rare tour in James Bond's own apartment. We can see a quite old fashioned interior with one cool gadget: the espresso machine. Bond fixes M a cappuccino, with this very loud machine, while M is talking about the mission. M, after receiving his freshly brewed coffee, comments "Is that all it does?!".

This Gucci suitcase is used by James Bond in the 1974 movie The Man With The Golden Gun. Bond carries the suitcase when he arrives in the Hong Kong harbour.

Bollinger and Bond is one of the most enduring marketing partnerships in motion picture history. Champagne Bollinger is featured in almost every Bond movie since Live And Let Die.

The literary James Bond first encounters Bollinger in the book Diamonds Are Forever, when Tiffany Case sends a quarter-bottle to his cabin on the Queen Elizabeth.

The Alfa Romeo GTV6 gets to show off briefly in a thrilling high-speed chase with police in the movie Octopussy (1983). Stolen from a German woman using a telephone booth, allowing Bond to make it to the Octopussy's circus in time to warn the NATO General present there of the Soviet plot.

The Walther PPK was the weapon of choice for James Bond from the films Dr. No to Tomorrow Never Dies (except Moonraker and Octopussy) and again in Quantum of Solace and SkyFall. The gun is also mentioned in the Ian Fleming novels from Dr. No to The Man with the Golden Gun. It's the only gun / gadget that is used by all the Bond actors.
