Aston Martin DBS Superleggera

James Bond's fellow British secret agent Nomi (Lashana Lynch) drives a 2018 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera in the movie No Time To Die.

This is the third DBS mode in a Bond film, after the original 1969 DBS in On Her Majesty's Secret Service, and the silver and dark DBS V12 in Casino Royale (2006) and Quantum of Solace (2008).

The DBS Superleggera was Aston's top model, introduced in 2018, until it was replaced by the DBS for the 2022 model year. The 'Superleggera' name is a tribute to Italian coachbuilder Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera, who helped Aston Martin develop their lightest grand tourers in the 1960s and 1970s. The famous DB5 was designed by Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera and also features the Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera text on the hood.

Nomi's DBS features a 5.2L twin-turbo V12 engine with 715 horsepower, a top speed of 211 miles (338 km) per hour, and a 0 to 62 time of 3.6 seconds.

The DBS can also briefly be spotted in a Nokia No Time To Die commercial.

Registration plate

DBS Superleggera 007 Edition

In August 2020, a DBS Superleggera 007 Edition was revealed. This 007 Edition features Ceramic Grey exterior paint with black carbon fiber roof, mirror caps, splitter, diffuser, and rear spoiler. It also has gloss black, diamond-turned 21-inch wheels. The production of this DBS 007 model was limited to 25 units.

DBS Superleggera On Her Majesty's Secret Service

In May 2019, Aston Martin unveiled a DBS Superleggera to celebrate 50 years of the James Bond film On Her Majesty's Secret Service. The car followed the specification of the original DBS used in the film, with an Olive Green exterior colour and a traditional Aston Martin Grill. Only 50 units were made.
