Sony VGN-TX007C Limited Edition Spy Gear
In November 2006, at the same time that Casino Royale was released, Sony launched several Bond branded electronics. A real collector's item is the Sony VGN-TX007C Spy Gear set.
This set includes a compact 11-inch 007 Edition VAIO TX Series Multimedia Notebook PC and a Privacy Filter for VAIO TX Series Notebook. The notebook has a 1366 x 768 widescreen LCD and weighs 2.8lbs and is 1-inch thick with 29-inch display. Also included in the kit is 007 Edition Cyber-shot DSC-T50B Digital Camera, a 7.2 megapixel camera with a 3 inch display. Vesper is using the digital camera when she and Bond arrive in Venice on the yacht. Bond uses the laptop to write his resignation, also on the yacht.
All this comes in a strong and attractive aluminium PC Attaché Case with 007 logo.
Original retail price: $4,299.99
Another, similar but smaller set was released, the Sony VGN-UX007 Spy Gear set, which included a small VAIO Micro-PC computer and the digital camera.

Wow, what a handsome collection. This would be an ideal package for anyone who not only loves the world of Bond, but enjoys fashionable computers. Sony usually makes stylish products and if you're interested in this, check out the Sony Vaio Zoom. It's a concept laptop with a clear screen that uses an interesting lighting setup to produce images. When the computer is off, the keyboard disappears. The zoom would be an awsome production laptop. Way to go Sony.
I like it and I want it and I
want to buy it.
I bought this package from Sony Canada for 3,500$C in 2008.
Now a collectors item.
Limited edition 009 of 500.
Comes with official wall plack with picture of Daniel Craig also 009 of 500.
Nice black aluminium attache case, one of the lightest computers with a 10.5 inch screen with 8 hour stamina, and a 10megapixel camera.
Accesory: screen shield for total privacy.
And no it is not a a Sony Vaio Zoom as professed by Joel...
You're right, Michel, it's not a Zoom, which is why I didn't call it one. I simply said, the Zoom s interesting and is worthy of being Googled. Anyway, Yes, wonderful computer, still somewhat up-to-date even for four years later. I just took delivery of my Vaio TZ which replaced the Vaio TT whch replaced the Vaio TX. AMAZING! What's not to love about carbon fiber, 1.5lbs and fingerprint scanner, and amazingly fast wi-fi? This is a real mean machine, and very very good looking. It even comes with it's own leather case. Buy it if you're a traveler or student or anyone who enjoys mobility. Forget the Mac Air thing. I paid roughly $1,200.
has know price
Emm i REALLY WANT THIS does anyone know the price in euro is so please let me know thanks
Tim
